Audrey Halvorson

Audrey Halvorson, 78, of Northwood, ND passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at Northwood Deaconess Health Center in Northwood. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Bilden-Askew Funeral Home in Northwood. A visitation will be held Monday, August 14, 2017 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Bilden-Askew Funeral Home in Northwood.

Audrey Bahr was born February 9, 1939 near Northwood, ND to Arthur and Hilda (Leen) Bahr. She grew up and was educated near Northwood. After school, she worked at the nursing home in Northwood. On December 31, 1959, Audrey married Albert Halvorson. They lived on a farm outside of Northwood until 1992, when they moved into town.

Survivors include her daughter, Shelly (Jeff) Davis, Fessenden, ND; grandchildren: William Davis (Jenna Unterseher), Michael (Christa) Davis, Sarah Davis (Corbin Dahle); four nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Albert; and sister, Rose Christopher.
