Darryl Ostlie

Darryl Ostlie, 69, of Northwood, ND passed away Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Northwood Deaconess Health Center in Northwood. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 28, 2015 at 10:30a.m. at Northwood Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northwood. A visitation will be held Sunday, December 27, 2015 from 4:00 to 6:00p.m. with a 6:00p.m. prayer service at the Bilden Funeral Home in Northwood.

Darryl Keith Ostlie was born May 31, 1946 in Valley City, ND to Clifford and Ellen (Tosterud) Ostlie. He was raised in rural Northwood, ND and graduated from Northwest School of Agriculture in Crookston, MN in 1964. On December 7, 1968, Darryl married Louise Johnson in Northwood. They resided, raised their family, and farmed in rural Northwood.

Survivors include his wife, Louise, Northwood, ND; son, Scott (Stephanie) Ostlie, Northwood, ND and their children: Jacob, Elizabeth, Lincoln and Kennedy; daughters: Lori (Chad) Verke, Hatton, ND, and their children: Keith, Kyle, Morgan and Ryan; Stacy (Erick) Brekke, Fargo, ND and their children: Karsen, Logan and Paige; and Nancy (Zach) Noreen, Horace, ND, and their son, Colton; Brothers: James (Audrey) Ostlie and Steven Ostlie, all of Northwood; sister, Cynthia (Don Auger) Ostlie, Brookings, SD;
Preceding him in death were his parents.
