Margaret "Megan" Fisher

Margaret "Megan" Fisher, 24, of Portland, ND passed away Sunday, June 7, 2015 in Blanchard, ND. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 15, 2015 at 10:00a.m at Northwood Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northwood. A visitation will be held Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 4:00 to 6:00p.m at the church.

Margaret Rose Marie Fisher was born November 26, 1990 in Breckenridge, MN to Rick and Bonnie Fisher. She attended Northwood High School in Northwood, ND. Megan became a CNA at 16 years old and was passionate about caring for the residents. She loved horseback riding, playing guitar, country music, singing, riding dirt bike and shooting guns. The most important thing in Megan's life was her children. Jabin was her first born child, her pride and joy. Ricky was her best friend and big brother. She loved her family and had a very big heart.

Survivors include her children: Savannah Newmes, Isabella Rose Fisher, Trinity Diane Rose Fisher; mother, Bonnie Fisher; brothers: Butch (Gary) Denault, Randy Fisher, Billy Bakke, Dillan Tufte; grandmother, Diane Newmes; step-grandfather, Andy Newmes; grandparents, Helen and Dilbert Fisher; uncles: Billy (Michelle) Knutson, Joey (Chris) Knutson, and Danny Chiarella. She is also survived by many loving cousins.

Preceding her in death was her father, Rick Lee Fisher Sr.; grandfather, Willard F. Knutson; niece, Rachel Delila Fisher; and aunt, Sherry Cass.
