Marjorie Bilden

July 12, 1925 — May 27, 2012

Marjorie Louise Heffelfinger, daughter of James and Ruby (Swartwout) Heffelfinger was born July 12, 1925, at Larimore, North Dakota.
She attended school and grew to womanhood in the Larimore area and was a 1943 Larimore High School graduate. She attended Aakers Business College in Grand Forks, ND, and married Arthur Glenn Bilden November 26, 1944, in Northwood. The couple began farming and raising their family and have lived their entire life in Northwood. Marge also worked for Engen's Market, The Gleaner, and the Northwood Clinic. Her kind and friendly disposition endeared her to everyone.
The joy and love of her life were her family, grandchildren, and most recently all the hugs and kisses from her great-grandchildren. Marge loved life and enjoyed visiting and sharing a cup of coffee and treats with family and friends. Her simple faith and trust in her loving God sustained her through many health issues.
Left to mourn her passing is her loving husband of 67 years, Art; sons, James (Shari) Bilden, Northwood, ND, Gary (Janice) Bilden, Northwood, ND, Randy (Julie) Bilden, Leonard, ND; daughter, Loree Jean (Keith Prosser), Emerado, ND; grandchildren, Kristoffer (Nicole) Bilden, Ryan (Sara) Bilden, Amber (Chris) Howson, Lyndsay (Grant) Violanti, Justin Bilden, Kaia Bilden, Derek (Mary) Prosser, Blake Prosser and fiancée Anna Kopp, Kirk Prosser; Great-grandchildren, Trista and Noah Bilden, Kade, Chloe, and Olivia Bilden, Amara and Sawyer Howson, Kaylee and Eleanor Prosser, and her kitty, Snowy.
Preceding her in death were her parents, sisters Dorothy Ault and Vera Christenson; brothers Melvin, Vernon, and Ray Heffelfinger; infant granddaughter Alisson Marie Bilden and 15 year old granddaughter Kursten Kay Bilden.
Marge passed from this life Sunday evening May 27, 2012, and went home to her heavenly father. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 1st, 2012 at 10:30am at Ebenezer Free Lutheran Church in Northwood, ND. Vistiation will be held from 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday, May 31 at Ebenezer Free Lutheran Church, Northwood, ND.
