Roger Anderson

Roger Anderson, 65, of Anoka, MN and formerly of Hatton, ND passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Sanford Health Center in Fargo, ND. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 31, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at the Bilden Funeral Home in Northwood, ND. A visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Roger was born June 20, 1951 in Grand Forks, ND to Alex and Evelyn (Baumann) Anderson. He grew up in Hatton and graduated from Hatton High School. After high school, Roger attended NDSU for a year and then moved to Texas and worked as an exterminator. When he moved back to Hatton, he managed the GTA Elevator before moving to the Minneapolis area and residing in Anoka. Roger worked at Alpha Plastics in Anoka for 18 years before retiring.

Survivors include his sisters: Myrna (Ken) Njos, Anoka, MN and Judy Myers, Hatton, ND; Roger is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents, brother, Rodney Anderson, sisters, Kathy Cordahl and Linda Groth, and nephew, Dayle Anderson.
