Yvonne Schiffner

A. Yvonne Hedland Schiffner, 85, of Hatton, ND entered into Heaven at Sanford Hospital in Mayville, ND Sunday, August 24, 2014. A private family service has been requested with fellowship at Goose River Church for friends and family of Yvonne at 3:00pm on Friday, August 29th, 2014.
Yvonne was born April 20, 1929 to Ellen Luella and Ole Olsgaard of Kindred, ND. On April 2, 1949, Yvonne married Hubert Hedland. They had two sons, David and Dean. After Hubert's death in 1987, Yvonne married Henry Schiffner on July 29, 1995.
She is survived by her son Dean (DeAnn) Hedland, Hawley, MN; daughter-in-law Laurel (David) Hedland, Hatton, ND. Yvonne is also survived by her sisters: Phyllis Moen and Lyla Gohdes both of Fargo, ND; six grandchildren: Jared (Sandra) Hedland, Hatton, ND, Jamie (Kelly) Funk, Pelican Rapids, MN, Corey (Jennifer) Hedland, Bismarck, ND, Sarah (Chad) Amb, Hudson, WI, Ami (Joseph) Aaker, Coon Rapids, MN, Daniel (Stephanie) Hedland, Barnesville, MN; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband's Hubert and Henry, her son David and her brother Myron.
